One of Australia’s most popular heavy metal bands, Black Majesty return with their fourth album In Your Honour. Dazzling the metal scene with their progressive tinged Sands of Time (2003), and critically acclaimed power metal opus Silent Company (2005) the band released Tomorrowland in 2007 which saw them play at some of the world’s biggest renowned heavy metal festivals such as Masters of Rock Czech Republic Metal Universe Slovakia and Wacken Open Air Germany. Stefan Belik of Bright Eyes Wacken review team stated that 'Black Majesty shared unbelievable guitar work and one of the most impressive voices of the 2007 Wacken Open Air festival'.
Black Majesty’s new album In Your Honour is faster, louder, & full of melodic twists and turns. It shows off the bands best songs yet and the new album is a mix of old and new. They stick to the true metal style they’ve developed yet also expand on their song-writing by writing their best tunes to date. Giving more to their Australian fans, the album will include an exclusive pulsating bonus track.
Produced by Masterplan’s Roland Grapow (ex Helloween), right from the get go you know you have a good thing. In Your Honour features great sing along choruses, emotive expression, impressive vocal work from arguably one of the best vocalists in the southern hemisphere, soaring dual guitar solos, pounding bass & awesome thundering power drumming.
