One Million Beers for Metal

Some of us on the Metal as Fuck team had a great idea one night (yes some of us were drunk!). We want to document 1,000,000 beers consumed for metal. But we're gonna need your help!

 

 

 

In a late-night drunken ram­ble on Twit­ter of all places, some of the Metal as Fuck crew came up with a wicked idea. In a debate as to which met­al­heads hold their piss bet­ter (it was Aus­tralia Vs UK at this point), MAD­man sug­gested we should try for the ulti­mate goal: one mil­lion beers con­sumed in the name of metal.

 

Think­ing we might strug­gle to do it on our own, we started this blog. And we want your help!

 

How to get involved

 

 

 

  • Consume beers in the name of metal (parties, gigs, festivals, gatherings, at home… we don’t care, so long as it’s metal - but don't get too silly, we don't want you to drink irresponsibly!)
  • Photograph your contribution
  • Submit your photos on the One Million Beers for Metal website, or to the One Million Beers Flickr group

 

 

That’s all there is to it!

 

It might take us years to reach our goal of 1,000,000 beers… but by shit we’re gonna give it a go. Ready? Drink!
