Corsair: 'Ghosts of Proxima Centauri' Reissue Plans Revealed.

'All the elements of a great album are here'...

On April 30th, Shadow Kingdom Records will re-issue Ghosts of Proxima Centauri from prog rock/metal act Corsair.

Ghosts of Proxima Centauri, originally released in early 2011, is the second independent effort Corsair created before being signing with Shadow Kingdom Records.  A sonic precursor to the band's self-titled album (released earlier this year by Shadow Kingdom Records) Ghosts of Proxima Centauri is telling of where Corsair was right before they created their masterpiece.  All the elements of a great album are here, but since this is an EP, it certainly leaves you wanting more. It's a little more laid back than the self-titled, more progressive, but it definitely has the foundation of a very special band.  There are some classic songs not to be missed on this EP.  A band's early years are usually their best years for creative writing and execution and this is absolutely essential and classic Corsair.

Ghosts of Proxima Centauri is streaming in full at Check the newly re-vamped Shadow Kingdom Records Webstore to order this release on CD.
