2011 has already been a massive year for Sydney metal rockers RECOIL v.o.r – which stands for 'Voice of Rule' – opening the year supporting US hardcore pioneers (HED)p.e and more recently supporting Swedish Metal outfit The Haunted, signing a management deal with American music executive, Mark Mazzetti and his company, Record Company in a Box and, come October, will begin their assault on the US market touring its West Coast.
The band has spent the past six months writing new material for their highly anticipated second release, due early 2012, which follows up the successful 2010 release The Will To Sin – an album that Rave Magazine describes as one 'that packs one hell of a punch'.
The Will To Sin captures the band's signature raw heavy metal style that has snared the band attention from fans and critics alike over the band’s eight-year career and that’s spawned three national headlining tours, as well as supporting a plethora of international and local acts such as; Static-X, Kottonmouth Kings (tour), Sen Dog, On Broken Wings, The Literates, Daysend and Carpathian.
